The Priory 05:45
The priory remains the same, the footsteps you walked in your day, the swans and the mallards they play, but the priory remains the same, and the willow keeps on waving, and reaches out it's arms, to shadow our evil.

I believe, i believe, there is a town, built for me, where your mother, is our neighbour, in the cemetery, oh my darling, my sweet, im just kidding, take a seat, i just want to try this ring off for a while. oh my darling, says im not 'there' i won't lie to you my dear, when i say that my in-laws don't approve of me. oh my darling says im not fair, i won't lie to you my dear, when i say that my in-laws don't approve of me.

Fair and dark, wave like weightless hair, head and heart, cave like darkness, i lay and ever wait. i lay awake with animals, i travel town on bicycle, i'll wade through water, quietly, so you dont saw and flutter.

about

"London based band Darwinie have a knack for crafting the most unique and creative music videos, showcasing music through vibrant and alternative art.
With an avant-garde style, a talent for mixing instrumental sounds and brilliant acoustic guitar work, these three Londoners create something that is entirely different to what you’ve ever heard before.
Their upcoming album ‘Daylight Losing Time‘ is set to release next month, however they will shortly be releasing a new single that comes along with a brilliant music video concept. The video features fluorescent UV painted guitars, skulls and even people, to create an exciting visual image of the single. You can take a sneak peak at the artwork and clips at www.darwinie.com.
The album itself opens with short psychedelic intro track ‘Hollywoods Finest’, then leads into a series of songs that are equally as pleasing to the ears. ‘Trimming Trees’ and ‘In Laws Ditty‘ feature soft, delicate vocals, where ‘Hash Paws‘ is a beautiful track that infuses a mixture of eerie sounds to form a soft yet engaging tune. ‘Saw And Flutter’ finishes the album off nicely, rounding off the album to be something worth giving a listen to if you feel like trying out something a bit more alternative.
Darwinie are far from your average alt band, expressing creativity through unique sounds and imagery."
